Each and every one of them makes Naugatuck Valley Community College proud.”Īll ABG Tau inductees must demonstrate academic excellence by attaining a minimum 3.0 GPA, completing at least 15 credit hours, and being enrolled in a recognized business major at NVCC.Īlpha Beta Gamma was established by business professors in 1970 to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year business and professional college students. “They arrive at the induction from one of 12 different academic majors, yet all have shown the grit and tenacity to excel in and out of the classroom. “Every year, I am delighted to see high-achieving students whom I have advised and taught receive this academic honor,” noted Holmes. and remarks by Irene Rios-Knauf, Ed.D., Dean of Academic Affairs, and Mitch Holmes, Director of Business and Professional Studies. The program featured a welcome by Associate Professor and ABG Advisor Robyn-Jay Bage, M.P.A.
